Results
The Presidents Leadership Class board and staff use our own academic leadership process—READ, SET, EXECUTE—in the management of our program. The READ phase requires that we gather information not only from sources outside of PLC but also from our own alumni, current scholars and other stakeholders about the efficacy of our work. Recently we created a student staff position entitled Data Analyst to help us gather evidence about our performance so that we could be more incisive in setting our strategy for improved performance.
