An Introduction to Design Thinking: Design Days Bootcamps 2016

An Introduction to Design Thinking: Design Days Bootcamps 2016 Free, one-day workshop experience with Design Thinking ~ Fleming 9:30AM-4:00PM

Event Description:
In this free one-day workshop, you will experience Design Thinking -- an innovative, human-centered approach to problem solving -- which can be applied throughout your academic, professional, entrepreneurial, or personal pursuits. Participants will learn the Design Thinking process through multiple design cycles: gaining inspiration through empathy, taking part in creative ideation, and iteratively prototyping to test user feedback. You will spend a day learning by doing and making, and leave with a more confident and inspired problem solving ability.

Students, faculty, and staff from all CU schools and programs are highly encouraged. No previous experience necessary. Extra credit may apply for certain courses.

This project is supported by the CU-Boulder Entrepreneurship Initiative Seed Award. Space is limited. To register, please email Becky Komarek at Rebecca.Komarek@Colorado.EDU or go to http://www.colorado.edu/business/designthinking.
