Supreme Court to hear Affirmative Action Case

The Supreme Court announced that it will review a hot-button social issue – affirmative action – around the time of the next presidential election.

The court has agreed to hear a case brought by Abigail Fisher, a white student, who says she was denied admission to the University of Texas based on the color of her skin. [ABC News]
