Tickets to see Obama are free to the public and available on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday at multiple locations around Boulder County. Norlin Library will shut down for the day. The Information Commons, accessible through the east plaza entrance of Norlin, will be open from 10 a.m. through 7 p.m. but there will be no access to the main building. Obama's event in Boulder is part of the "Road to Charlotte" tour, as the Democratic National Convention begins next Tuesday in Charlotte, N.C. This past Tuesday, the president addressed a crowd of roughly 13,000 in Fort Collins on the Colorado State University campus.
