October 22, 2012 Twitter

The Presidents Leadership Class in conjunction with the Quigg Newton Leadership Chair will host a roundtable discussion exploring the changing role of leadership in our technology and globally focused world this Wednesday morning on campus. The event is being held in conjuction with the annual International Leadership Association Conference. Their annual meeting for the first time will be in Denver this Thursday through Saturday.

The pre-conference roundtable pane, hosted by Sandy Bracken and Steve Grace, features Mark Gerzon, author and head of the Mediators Foundation; and Dr. Leslie Leinwand, head of the Biofrontiers Institute at the University of Colorado.

Twenty five leadership educators from around the country have pre-registered to make the trek to Boulder.  Following the panel discussion, participants will lace up their hiking shoes to enjoy our mile-high air and hike in Boulder's Chautauqua Park below the Flatirons.

The invited roundtable leaders all have extensive experience in leadership and the complexities involved in bridging cultures and disciplines.

Limited space is available with the on campus program set for 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon, British Studies room.
