Thinking of Buying A Bike?  CU Is Selling Abandoned Bikes For Great Prices

  The University of Colorado at Boulder bicycle program will be hosting the Fall Bike Sale on Friday, August 31st from 5-7 pm on the East campus at the Used Bike Warehous.

The sale features approximately 200 refurbished bicycles, including mountain, comfort, road and urban styles. This event is open to the community and proceeds from the sale benefit the campus’ bicycle programs.

Bikes will range in price from $50 or $150 each, which includes sales tax and CU registration.

The CU bicycle program is a partnership of CU Environmental Center and Parking and Transportation Services. The program manages the Bike Station for student registration and basic maintenance assistance, the Mobile Mechanic service, Buff Bikes for free rentals, and it sponsors year-round events to promote sustainable transportation and bike awareness and safety.
