How do failures make leaders? Elected panel will discuss how mistakes and failures actually help develop leadership style and ultimate success. Students will engage in discussion on how to ask for help and when enough failing is enough!

Creativity is a pillar of leadership that is sometimes overlooked, but is absolutely necessary to be an effective leader. Scott Johnson, artist and sculpture faculty from Colorado College, will engage the PLC Capstone class in hands-on exploration of creativity.
