Since its inception in 1972, PLC has built an extraordinary alumni network of over 1,800 men and women applying the leadership skills they have learned in PLC to communities locally, nationally, and internationally. About 60% of PLC alumni are Colorado residents with the remaining 40% found in almost every state and around the globe. After leaving CU, many PLC alumni continue with their formal education. 60% have completed some post-graduate education with over 38% having obtained at least a Master's Degree.
Alumni affairs are guided by the PLC Alumni Advisory Board, which is a committee of the Presidents Leadership Institute Board of Directors. Chaired by an alum who also serves on the PLI Board, the Alumni Advisory Board consists of alumni from a variety of PLC classes and meets quarterly to determine the ways in which the Presidents Leadership Institute can provided continuing leadership education and ongoing service to its alumni.
