The President's Leadership Institute is the home of the nationally recognized Presidents Leadership Class (PLC). Since 1972, PLC has helped develop the most talented undergraduate students at the University of Colorado at Boulder into civic, business and community leaders. A 501(c)3 nonprofit, the President's Leadership Institute operates as a public/private partnership with the University of Colorado and is based on the Boulder campus.
